We made it

My parents and I arrived in the wee hours of Monday morning and have been having a decent time shaking the jet lag, although it's gradually catching up to us each night. We have spent hours walking around the city and trying to stay in the sunlight while we have it, but we are very tired at the end of each day. For the record, Stefan loved my hair and comments on it daily. I will also get photos of that up here soon.

I'm trying to find a bit of time to keep everyone else updated on the visit, so I hope to have more time in the near future to write about all of the exciting things we're seeing and doing around Munich. Long jet lagged days don't call for active blogging nights - besides I haven't even seen Stefan for a week... I'm only one girl here.

And since everyone loves photos, here's one from our day that I found comical as we walked down Sendlingerstraße... Evidently Tiffany's, the high end jeweler, decided to procreate with the Smartcar and this was the little blue box by-product. Please note the Tiffany's logo on the side, and this wasn't anywhere near the Tiffany's store in Munich. Perhaps it also has a diamond studded gear shift. I should have taken a closer look.

Stay tuned for more photos and adventures from Germany / Salzburg, this is going to be 10 action packed days.

Glad everything is good. You must be busy... aahh, the life of an expat- you're busy catching up no matter what side of the Atlantic.
Glad that the haircut was such a success!
I love the Tiffany Smart :)
