Live the Language

EF - Live The Language - Paris from Albin Holmqvist on Vimeo.

Have you seen these incredible and gorgeous little videos from Gustav Johansson, Niklas Johansson, and Albin Holmqvist?

They warm my heart and make me squeal with delight. These are the simple pleasures of travel... seeing, learning, and doing - and so beautifully presented. Really spectacular!!

So far cities include: Beijing, Barcelona, London and Paris.

Each video brings me back to my time in each of these cities.

I can't wait for the German version. They remind me of my own language school experiences.

Don't they make you want to jump into language school as soon as possible?

I am loving it! Totally rockin' that French exam on Monday now ;-) as if it's that easy-anyway I particularly like the different fonts and the lighting in the films and of course the hint of romance.

Thanks for sharing those. We really liked them — especially the Paris and Beijing ones.

I love the videos! Of course, the Paris one now has my dying to go back to Paris! The videos are so magical, and you're right, they capture the pleasures of travel. You always find the coolest things!

I also wish it was that easy to take it all in.

Paris + Beijing were my favorites, too, Cliff. I'm assuming they'd pick Berlin as opposed to Munich for a German version, but so many people identify with Bavaria. Perhaps we'll see sometime soon.

You'll have to get to planning a trip, Allison!

Hello! My name is Yagmur and I’m part of the EF video team. I was happy to see our “Live the Language” films on your blog. This weekend we posted 3 more films in the same series, from Sydney, Vancouver and Los Angeles, which we produced together with the same creative team. This time we added some color in the graphics and played around more with sound effects.
