I'd like to introduce you to Mieka's brother Josh!
He was an enormous surprise for us - literally. He's just over a year and weighs just over 90 Lbs and he is insanely sweet.
My parents have had him for a month and were able to keep him a secret from us until we got home for Christmas. You can imagine how excited and surprised we were to see him wearing his bright red bow when we arrived from the airport.
He's extremely handsome, somewhat clumsy, and very curious / skittish, but he's a great addition. I need a dog in Munich!

I'd like to have a dog in Denmark but it's a lot of work. Happy new year:)
These dogs are so cute! What kind would you wish to have at home in Munich?
Bluefish...
You're definitely right - that's part of the reason I will probably have to admire the dogs at the park and dream of the day I can have my own.

I think I want a big dog, which doesn't help with living in a small apartment. I love this breed, but I think I'd take any sweet one!
Are you flying back with him to Munich? If so, PLEASE post your experiences with flying over the atlantic with a pup. We are thinking about what to do this summer.
Kristen Marie...
Unfortunately he's staying in the US. My friend Lane (http://overseastrapeze.wordpress.com) flies with her 2 dogs frequently and I'm sure she has some tips.
Good Luck!
