Salzburg

There is something so great and charming about Salzburg...it's such a great city and only an hour drive or 2 hour train ride from Munich! I was first introduced to Salzburg on my first birthday in Germany- what a wonderful day. I must admit I am a bit partial to Salzburg in the winter, with the stunning twinkle lights and the glühwein stands with a large variety of flavors. I'm anxious to have more visitors to take there - especially since the train ride is not long at all.
